RESIDENTIAL LOTS

There are 16 residential lots with all city services and paved streets.  The lots at the south end of West 3rd Street are eligible for multi-family units.  There are some duplexes already in place and a nice 6-plex built on a double lot.  All lots on West H Avenue and north of West H are reserved for single family dwelling.  Prices range from $31,000 to $37,000, depending on size, location, view, etc.

Pictured above is commercial lot #1, right on Highway 1, on the north side of West H Avenue.  It has 420' of highway frontage and is 300' deep, (2.92 acres).

Pictured above is commercial lot #2, also fronting Highway One.  Lot #2 has 527' of highway frontage and is also 300' deep, (3.68 acres).

Pictured above is commercial lot #31.  It is at the north end, up by the older house on the highway.  It has 161' of Highway 1 frontage and is 142' deep.  This picture illustrates that lot #31 has a driveway; highway access is already in place.

PLAT MAPS OF HARVEST HILL, 1st & 2nd ADDITIONS

First is the plat map of Harvest Hill 1st Addition, lots 1-31.  Lots 1, 2, and 31, along the bottom (east) are commercial lots fronting on Highway 1.  Lot #24 is the only residential lot left in the 1st addition.  West H Avenue continues west into the 2nd addition.

Below is the plat map of Harvest Hill 2nd Addition, Lots #32 - #52.  North is to the right side.  The large area in the upper left hand corner is a storm water retention bed, which may hold water during a heavy rain.  No houses will ever be built here, so lots bordering will have a nice clear view of rural land ensured. 




Both maps show utility easements, storm sewer easements. street widths, and lot dimensions.

Highway 1 runs north and south along the bottom of the map, about 1 block away.
